All products sold on our website are made-to-order (Print on Demand).

Because each item is created specifically after an order is placed:

  • minor variations in print placement or color may occur
  • actual product colors may slightly differ due to screen settings and lighting

We strive to display products as accurately as possible.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

However, we reserve the right to:

  • cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
  • refuse service in certain situations
  • cancel orders due to stock, printing, or technical issues

If payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be initiated accordingly.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for reference only and may vary depending on:

  • courier delays
  • weather conditions
  • operational disruptions
  • location accessibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

6. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

We only accept returns or replacements for:

  • damaged products
  • incorrect items delivered
  • manufacturing defects

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • change of mind
  • refused COD orders

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.
