Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At TABORA, all products are made-to-order and printed specifically for each order. Because of the nature of print-on-demand products, returns and refunds are only accepted under limited conditions mentioned below.

By placing an order with TABORA, you agree to this policy.


1. Eligible Replacement & Refund Cases

Replacement or refund requests are accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product has a printing defect

  • Wrong product/design/size was delivered

  • The item received is defective

All claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement claims.

The video must clearly show:

  • Unopened courier package

  • Shipping label

  • Full unboxing process without cuts or edits

  • Clearly visible defect/damage/wrong item

Customers must also provide:

  • Product photos

  • Photos of original packaging

If the issue cannot be verified due to absence of an unboxing video, TABORA will not be liable for refunds or replacements.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not applicable for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer

  • Change of mind

  • Customer preference issues

  • Minor color variation

  • Minor print placement variation

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Products damaged after use or wash

  • Orders refused during delivery

As all products are custom printed on demand, non-defective items are not eligible for return or exchange.


4. Size Disclaimer

Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

A measurement tolerance of approximately ±0.5 inches is considered normal in apparel manufacturing and shall not be treated as a defect.


5. Color Disclaimer

Actual print colors may slightly vary from screen previews due to:

  • Screen brightness/settings

  • Fabric texture

  • DTG printing process

  • Lighting conditions

Such minor variations are normal and not considered defects.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.

After 4 hours, orders may enter processing or production and cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Since all TABORA products are made-to-order, once production begins, the order cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.


7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, TABORA may provide:

  • Replacement
    or

  • Refund

based on the situation and courier investigation.

If the outer package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to mention the damage in courier delivery remarks.


8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers and may take approximately 5–7 business days.

In some cases, TABORA may provide:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

depending on the nature of the issue.

  • Order Number

  • Registered Email Address

  • Complete Unboxing Video

  • Product Photos

  • Photos of Packaging

  • Clear Description of Issue

Claims raised without proper proof or after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
